Easy Soft Caramel Dip is great paired with fresh fruits, cookies, pretzels….just about anything!
This recipe is so easy and delicious you’re going to want to use it over and over again! Girls Night. Date Night. Family Movie Night. Tuesday Afternoon. Whatever.
You can serve this with anything you like whether it’s pretzels, shortbread, fruit. My personal favorite is cut up apples and bananas. (A little tip for cut up fruit that browns? I like to use orange juice or pineapple juice to just sort of bathe the cut fruit to reduce browning. Lemon juice is just too strong for me and I feel like it takes over.) Click here for more fruit pairing ideas.
Now one of the things you need to know is that there will likely be a few little bits of caramel that won’t fully blend in. No biggie. Just consider these as little sweet treasures!
Because I love to eat with my fingers (am I weird? who cares!) I think a wonderful dinner is savory finger foods followed by sweet finger foods for dessert! So check out our Appetizers & Snacks recipes and maybe have this rich dip after one of those. My recommendation? Chips & Salsa!
However you pair it, whenever you make it, whatever precedes or follows it….just try it. And enjoy! And come back here to let us know how it went.
