Skinny Mint Chip Frappe…for when you need a special cup of yum!
I recently discovered a delicious herbal coffee brand, Teeccino. After trying an assortment of flavors, I ordered larger packages of the Maca Chocolate and Vanilla Nut. Those are my fave flaves!
This purchase sent me on a quest for fun coffee drinks to try with my herbal coffee (there’s no coffee in this, by the way). It’s easy enough to sub herbal coffee for coffee in most beverage recipes, so this was a pretty fun quest and yielded an abundance of new recipes to try. Some I’m saving to repeat. Some…meh. I have several pages of recipes in a notebook that I’m having fun with, though.
Recently as I was planning upcoming recipes for the blog and found that I needed to purchase some sugar free mint chocolate chip syrup for a grasshopper pie. And what fun then ensued when it arrived and I combined it with one of my fun coffee-type drink recipes.
This Skinny Mint Chip Frappe is just delicious and I love to treat myself to it every once in a while. Sometimes I even “make it pretty” with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. But mostly I just dive right in!
It’s great all on its own, but you could pair it with a breakfast recipe.
